Right in the middle of Hamburg’s Sternschanze, we made a bold statement: a 110-square-meter mural for democracy, diversity, and against the shift to the far right.
Together with the campaign “Rechts kann uns kreuzweise”, we created an oversized message that couldn’t be missed — timed to coincide with the Hamburg state elections. The project was realized almost entirely free of charge, made possible through our network that contributed the wall space, materials, and the voluntary work of the artists.
The reactions came quickly: locals and passers-by embraced the mural as a visible sign of solidarity and a strong stance.
The project is part of a nationwide movement that reached more than 100 million impressions across digital screens, billboards, and social media. It shows that the advertising industry is not staying silent, but standing together to take a clear position.
A special thanks goes out to Stefanie Polster of Rock&Stars for the idea and the push to make this initiative happen.
As Outframe, we’re proud to have been part of this not for self-promotion, but out of conviction. Because now is the time to take a stand.
